: The protocol for this study was reviewed and approved by the Research and Innovation Office of Biliran Province State University. The researchers ensured that, despite using convenience sampling, participation was voluntary, responses remained confidential and anonymous during data analysis and publication, and participants could skip items or withdraw at any point if they felt uncomfortable, without any penalty. Once they agreed to the participation conditions, all participants were asked to sign an informed consent form.
