: Clinical samples were collected and processed with the approval of the Ethics Review Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities (Clinical trial number: 2022092005). Written informed consent was obtained from both healthy individuals and patients with LN. Animal experiments were approved by the local ethics committee (Approval No.2024051001). All experimental manipulations were performed under anesthesia to minimize pain in the animals.
