: All the participants voluntarily participated in this study and provided written informed consent. The information collected from the students during the investigation by the application was done with their permission. The data collected was done for research purposes only. The application is web-based, so it is possible to use it for all students, and there is no need for an advanced smartphone or particular computer system. After the end of the study, the application was provided to the control group members. The experimental protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board and the local ethics committee (IR.MUMS.REC.1400.043).
