: All participants in this study were informed about the topic of the study as well as the analysis procedure. Participants whose interaction processes were analysed in this article have given their consent for the analysis (a consent which they could withdraw from at any time without consequences); participants without a consent were not included. Furthermore, the privacy and confidentiality of interaction data were ensured via rigorous anonymization: No interaction data that could lead to the identity of the participants, such as real names, place of residence, was used in the analysis.
: During the writing process, several AI-based language models (especially ChatGPT and Gemini) were used in a supportive role to assist with linguistic refinement, clarity, and the exploration of alternative formulations.
