Participants whose interaction processes were analysed in this article have given their consent for the analysis (a consent which they could withdraw from at any time without consequences); participants without a consent were not included. Furthermore, the privacy and confidentiality of interaction data were ensured via rigorous anonymization: No interaction data that could lead to the identity of the participants, such as real names, place of residence, was used in the analysis.
