: All experimental protocols in this study were approved by the Academic Committee of Stamford International University in Thailand (IRB LOG # SIU2023325). The study was conducted in strict accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and adhered to local ethical guidelines to ensure participant welfare and rights. Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in this study. Comprehensive consent forms were prepared, clearly outlining the research purpose, procedures, potential risks, benefits, and participants’ rights, and were personally signed by each participant. No participants under 16 years of age were involved; thus, consent from parents or legally authorized representatives was not required. The dataset, derived from interviews with seven experts, is publicly available and anonymized to protect participant privacy, accessible at: . No administrative permissions were required to access the raw data, as it was collected directly by the research team through interviews. All related documentation is securely stored and available upon request for review.
