: The digital preservation of cultural heritage artifacts raises important ethical considerations regarding authenticity, cultural ownership, and stakeholder engagement. While this study focuses on technical methodology for 3D reconstruction, it is essential to acknowledge that digital documentation should respect the cultural context and ownership rights associated with heritage artifacts. Authentic representation requires collaboration with cultural communities, heritage institutions, and stakeholders to ensure that digital models accurately reflect cultural significance and historical context. Future implementations should integrate ethical frameworks that address cultural sensitivity, informed consent for digitization, and appropriate attribution of cultural knowledge embodied in these artifacts.
