: Institutional ethics approval from the Ethics Committee of HUAV (Hospital Universitari Arnau de Vilanova, Lleida, Spain) was obtained for this study (code number CEIC-2282). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. The requirement for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee of University Hospital Arnau de Vilanova (Comité de Ética de Investigación del Hospital Universitari Arnau de Vilanova de Lleida de la Gerència Territorial de Lleida-GSS) because of the retrospective nature of the study. As this is a retrospective study, many of the participants had passed away and many others could not be reached at the time of data collection. In addition, personal relevant data which could identify any of the participants were not included in the manuscript. For all this reasons, informed consent to participate in this study was not obtained. In spite of this, ethics approval from the Ethics Committee of HUAV was obtained.
