: Permission to conduct research, and ethical approval ensuring that research involving human subjects is conducted ethically, was secured from the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of the University of KwaZulu Natal (BREC permit no: 00007263/2024 and the department of Research at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMUCo with permit no CREC 2401). The participants were contacted through telephone communication, and physical visits to invite them to participate in SARA and Qualitative study. Those who expressed an interest in taking part in the study were requested to provide their consent prior to appointments being scheduled for meetings at the facilities.
