: This study was approved by the Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine Experimental and Observational Research Ethics Committee (Ethics Committee Approval No: 2024/63). All experimental procedures were carried out in accordance with national legislation on animal welfare and the relevant directives of the International Committee on Animal Experiments Ethics (CIOMS) and the European Convention. All necessary precautions were taken to ensure that the animals did not feel pain, stress, or discomfort during the study; all procedures were carried out under veterinary supervision and in accordance with the principle of minimized invasiveness.
