Declarations

: Data was collected through Google Forms and analyzed through Google Sheets. Names were initially recorded to help the instructor monitor personal growth, but were anonymotized and sorted by their submission dates to create two distinct groups, Summer semester and Fall semester. Since this data was readily available to the researchers and collected prior to study, IRB approval was sought under an Exempt level of consideration. IRB ruled the study as exempt.
