: This research study was conducted retrospectively from data obtained for clinical purposes collected after written informed consent was given. The clinic data was extracted from records the NGO was legally required to hold. During the extraction of data for this publication no identifiers entered the resulting dataset. The Danish committee system on health research ethics has been consulted extensively about this study and has no objections and testifies that the study needs no ethical approval and is legal under Danish law (reference number for waiver of ethical approval: [F-23040491]).
