: Ethical standards were upheld through ethical clearance (UFS-HSD2023/1674) and gatekeeper approval from the University of the Free State. The Vice-Dean of Teaching and Learning in each faculty facilitated the dissemination of an anonymous questionnaire. Participants were informed of their rights, and consent was embedded in the questionnaire. No identifiable data were collected, ensuring confidentiality.
