: This IVF-Worldwide survey consists of physician self-reports on activity volumes and opinions on medical practices. The survey does not involve research on human or animal subjects and this article does not study human or animal subjects. Therefore, formal institutional review board approval was not necessary. The survey was conducted as an open-access questionnaire to members who voluntarily answered the study questions. Patient data for this research remained anonymous since no patient data was collected. Therefore, no informed consent documentation was required. The study did not involve the use of laboratory animals.
