: This study retrospectively analyzed the electronic medical records database of the Reproductive Medicine Department at West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University. All patients provided informed consent for ovarian stimulation, oocyte, and semen collection, in vitro fertilization or intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo transfer, and post-discharge follow-up management. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on Human Assisted Reproductive Technology” in China. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Reproductive Medicine Department, West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University (Approval No. 21H1210).
