GeneScreen Genetic Counseling is an independent clinical service that collaborates with fertility centers, including Inception, for patient care; however, no financial incentives or institutional pressures influenced the preparation or content of this work. The GeneScreen-affiliated authors participated in the clinical assessment of donor candidates as part of their routine responsibilities, including family history evaluations. These assessments occurred prior to the conception of this study and were not influenced by any research objectives. The study is retrospective in nature, and all data used for analysis were derived from existing clinical records. While the GeneScreen authors contributed to the interpretation of findings, they were not involved in the design or execution of the statistical analysis.
