: All manipulations with oocytes and preimplantation embryos were performed according to the European Protocol for the Protection of Embryos [ ]. The study was conducted with regard to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration of Human Rights [ ], the EU Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, and the recommendations of ESHRE and ASRM. The study was supported by decisions of bioethical committees of the Institute of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and IVF clinic “IGR” LLC in compliance with the rules of biomedical ethics. Written and informed consent was obtained from the patients for all embryological procedures including assessment of oocytes and embryos. Patients provided written consent to participate in the study and were warned about the use of their personal information.
