: Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the School for Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society at Heriot-Watt University. Participants provided informed consent at the start of each workshop, including consent for audio recording. All contributions were pseudo-anonymised, with names and identifying details removed from transcripts. The workshops were designed to create a safe and respectful environment, emphasising confidentiality, co-learning and cultural sensitivity.
