: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The Dutch law did not require IRB permission for this kind of research, and an Internal Review Board was not established at the Department of Sociology at the time of data collection (2012-2014).
