: This study was observational in nature. All the procedures were performed under the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. All activities conducted for this research were integrated into the schools’ routine social-emotional curriculum. The research was approved by each school’s internal review board, under the Italian law 297/94. Written parental consent was obtained for all participating children. All students and teachers were informed that their participation was optional and gave their assent before activities were started.
