: The datasets in this paper are all from famous Chinese academic journal websites, such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). These websites provide a wide range of academic literature resources. We used “Al-Si合金” or “铝硅合金” as the search keyword to query and collect a large amount of Chinese scientific research literature on Al-Si alloy in PDF format, ensuring the reliability and scientific nature of the acquired information. Before labeling the dataset, all scientific literature was rigorously screened. Only papers detailing the experimental procedures and results of Al-Si alloys were chosen. The scientific literature usually contains a title, an abstract, a body, and references. Among them, the collection and labeling of the title can pave the way for the subsequent work, and the material entities to be identified and the entity relationships to be extracted in the literature are mainly contained in the abstract and body parts. Therefore, only the title, abstract and body of the literature are considered for labeling. The pre-processing of the literature involves using OCR recognition technology to convert the PDF format content into editable text format and standardize the layout.
