: This study adhered to ethical guidelines and regulations as outlined by the Italian General Data Protection Regulation, while also following the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were fully informed about the nature and purpose of the study and provided written informed consent to participate. Data handling was carried out using a pseudo-anonymization technique based on a double alphanumeric coding system, which prevented direct identification of individuals while maintaining data integrity for analysis.
