: This research involved human subjects. The study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Parental consent was obtained for 295 toddlers, of who 197 were used for the analyses in the current study. The Institutional Review Board at UT Southwestern Medical Center approved this study (IRB# 072010-009 and IRB# 112010-013).
