: Approval for the study was obtained from the Hospital Clínico San Carlos institutional research Ethics Committee (20/072-E). The authors vouch for the accuracy and completeness of the data in this report. The patient reported having hided his hands and feet of sight all his life for fear of social rejection; thus, no image could be obtained. Despite the lack of documented visual evidence of the lesions, there is a detailed description of the patient’s clinical history during his medical follow-up by the Dermatology department of our hospital before treatment with IL-5R inhibitor.
