: In this study, apart from conventional biochemical methods, we utilized AlphaFold 3 (AF3) to assist in molecular structure prediction. AF3 was applied to simulate and predict structural changes associated with NCF2 mutation in our patient. With the predicted complex derived from AF3, we further analyzed the possible spatial interference of the NADPH oxidase complex with mutated NCF2.
