Checklist Navigator is a separate application from Smart Anesthesia Manager that functions on its own. Checklist Navigator software is not a commercial product and is not licensed to any commercial entity.
: The University of Washington Human Subjects Division reviewed this quality improvement project and determined it did not meet the definition of research. Therefore, the Department of Health and Human Services regulations for the protection of human subjects did not apply to this quality improvement project, and there was no requirement to obtain Institutional Review Board review or informed consent from subjects.
