: This study was approved by the Clinical Ethics Committee (ID 201015001-2021) and Institutional Review Board (ID 201015001) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. As the present study was an ancillary study of the main FLOW protocol (NCT04496583 clinicaltrials.gov), the requirement for informed consent was waived owing to its observational nature.
