: The uniform reduction in EEG activity and changes observed in the Density Spectral Array (DSA) during Trendelenburg position contrast with the stability of BIS Index and SEF95. These results suggest that BIS Index and SEF95 remain consistent. The observed EEG power reduction may be attributed to subcutaneous edema.
