: All participants were over the age of 18 and informed about the nature and purpose of the study. Participation was entirely voluntary. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study. Participants provided informed consent to participate in the study and to have their interviews audio recorded via a Qualtrics online consent form.
