: The CCSEA in the 110th meeting has decided that the IAECs and CCSEA have no objection for studies conducted on slaughterhouse samples and no ethical approval is required. Fresh wild goat eyeballs were procured from the Abattoir (Deonar, Govandi, Mumbai), with due consideration given to obtaining approval letters from both the institute and the abattoir.
: A partial protein purification or inclusion of TDO inhibitors is planned for future studies and we include this as a limitation of the study. We plan to pursue Molecular Dynamics-based refinement in future work to better characterize ligand–IDO1 complex stability.
