Ethics approval to conduct this study was obtained from the Central Australian Human Research Ethics Committee (CA-20-3747) and the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Northern Territory Department of Health and Menzies School of Health Research (2020–3728). All participants provided consent to participate in the study – verbal for telephone interviews and written for face-to-face interviews.
