Ethical Approval: Ethical approval was obtained from the School of Psychology Ethics Committee at the University of Wolverhampton (Ref: 1124KPUOWPSY). All participants provided informed consent prior to participation. Identifying information was removed from transcripts, and pseudonyms or role descriptors were used in reporting. Participants were signposted to relevant support services prior to and following their interviews. Participants provided consent for anonymised data and quotations to be used in publications.
