: Before starting the data collection process, ethical clearance was secured by Haramaya University, College of Health and Medical Sciences Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee (IHRERC). An official letter was written from Haramaya University to Afdem Woreda Health Office. Informed written and signed consent was obtained from each participant after explaining the purpose and benefits of the study. For the study participants less than 18 years old, we took assent and consent from their parents. Confidentiality of the study participants’ information was ensured.
