: According to the guidelines of the Ethics Committee of the Tampere region, the used research protocol does not require an ethical review. Participation in the research is based on the informed consent of participants, who are professionals. An informed consent form, including the GDPR privacy statement, was sent to all interviewees prior to the interviews. It described how interview material will be handled, how personal data will be protected and processed, and what are the rights of the participants. Additionally, contact details of the person in charge of the research were given. The informed consent form was signed before the interviews.
