: Efficient collection and identification required the killing of bee (and other insect) specimens. The approach is justified by the gain of important data. i.e. species lists that are otherwise not available, and can help with management decisions in the conserved area. Bee specimens are permanently deposited in the Phyletisches Museum and are available for further study.
