: Twenty three subjects has been involved in this study voluntarily, with prior consent following all guidelines and Declaration of Helsnki, with average age of (29 ± 3.4) years. NIRS regional oxygenation (rS0<sub>2</sub>) data was collected by Mespere NeurOs@ oxymeter (Neuros, Inc., canada) at refresh rate of one second which means 1.Hz of sampling rate. Experimental procedure has been explained in the method section. Due to the lack of open access free dataset for NIRS regional oxygenation level (rS02) with occlusion task, we here provide our occlusion of artery experiment data. We are making this Dataset open to all and available for free download at Github account of Biomedical System Lab IIT Mandi or email to dalchand2905@gmail.com.
