: According to Danish regulations (MRIHSA, §14), the study did not require approval by a research ethics committee. This was confirmed by the Regional Research Ethics Committee (case number: 108970). However, approval from the Danish Data Protection Agency was required and obtained due to the collection and processing of personal data (case number: 1–16-02–425-22). All participants received written and oral information and provided written informed consent. No one declined participation.
