: The study adheres to the ethical guidelines according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained verbally from all participants prior to their interviews due to the nature of the study being conducted via telephone, which precluded the possibility of obtaining written consent. Participant anonymity was strictly maintained throughout the study. All data collected were anonymized, and no personally identifiable information was recorded. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Additionally, the survey items were carefully designed to ensure that they did not pose any physical, psychological, or social risks to the participants. An ethical waiver was not sought for the study as the data were externally acquired from a market research company (Cerner Enviza GmbH, Germany, which now belongs to Cerner Oracle GmbH).
