: The study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (IRB #261226).
: Survey data were collected in July and August of 2020. Respondents were recruited through ARresearch Registry, a volunteer research registry. The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences operates the research registry to identify individuals willing to be recruited into health research studies. Recruitment involved emailing invitations to the web-based survey to eligible members of the registry. Invitations included a description of the study and the option to document their consent, which provided access to the survey content.
