: The first and second authors are board members of FINDER e.V., the non-profit organization currently co-ordinating EUPC in Germany. The training participation fees cover operational costs, and the authors receive no personal financial benefit from the program. : Data collection and processing were carried out in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As this was an organizational training evaluation with adults, formal ethics committee approval was not required.

: All participants were provided with detailed written information about the study’s purpose, procedure, and data protection measures. They were informed that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw their consent at any time without providing reasons. The consent form detailed the evaluation timepoints, data pseudonymization procedures, storage protocols, and the use of data for scientific purposes, including publication. All participants provided informed consent before participating in the study.

: All data were collected and stored in pseudonymized form. Access to the study database was strictly limited to the board chairman of FINDER e.V. and the designated research associate. No personally identifiable information was used in the analysis or publication of results.
