: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical review and approval were waived for this study since all participants before answering the questionnaire had to read the informed consent and agree to it. This was the only way they could answer the questionnaire. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, as well as that the results were confidential, as individual results would never be known, but would only be analysed in the set of all participants.
