: All study procedures followed relevant guidelines and regulations. Ethical approval was obtained from Jimma University's Institutional Review Board (reference No. RPGE-449-2016). To build trust, verbal consent was used instead of written consent, as approved by the board. This approach encouraged open communication during the study.
