: Ethics approval was obtained from the Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University Medical and Health Sciences Ethics Committee−2, (Sports, Health, dated 14.05.2023, Decision No: 230055–70). Institutional approval was obtained from the organization where the study was conducted, and permission to use the scales was granted by the respective authors, who adapted the scales into Turkish and conducted validity and reliability studies. Participants were selected voluntarily and were informed through an "Informed Consent Form". Confidentiality of all data collected was strictly maintained. Participants were explicitly informed that participation in the study was completely voluntary, that no identifying names or signatures were required, that they could withdraw at any time, and that all information would remain confidential. Equal treatment of all participants was assured. The study adhered to the ethical standards of the World Medical Association's Declaration of Helsinki, particularly the Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects 2013/64, in line with the principles of publication ethics.
