: Online informed consent was obtained from all participants included in the study. The first section of the web-based survey explicitly informed participants about the study’s purpose, procedures, and voluntary nature, emphasizing that they could withdraw at any time without any cost or consequence. Nurses who selected "Yes" in response to the voluntary participation question were considered to have provided informed consent. All responses were collected anonymously, with no items requesting personally identifiable information such as name, address, email, or phone number. To maintain confidentiality, Google Form settings were adjusted to prevent the collection of IP addresses, location data, or any other identifying details. The dataset was securely stored in a password-protected file on a password-protected computer, with access restricted solely to the principal investigator.
