: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee for Psychological and Pedagogical Research at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Education, Moscow City Pedagogical University (approval protocol No. 021–2023), and by senior members of the “Psychology with Marina Filonik” education project in Moscow, Russia. Participation was voluntary and anonymous. Password-protected data were stored securely on the 1KA platform. The final questionnaire page provided a personalized summary of results and a disclaimer advising participants to interpret mental health and well-being scores cautiously and, when possible, with professional guidance.
: Participants provided informed consent at the beginning of the survey. They received detailed information about the study’s aims, were informed that participation involved no health risks, and were free to withdraw at any time without adverse consequences. Information on the estimated completion time, the researcher’s contact details, data handling procedures, and reporting methods was provided. Only participants who actively consented to these terms proceeded with the survey.
