: This study was conducted as a community-based needs assessment in partnership with Mustard Seed Generation, a nonprofit organization serving Korean American communities. The project was designed to inform program development and improve mental health service delivery. All participating church leaders were informed about the purpose of the needs assessment and the voluntary nature of their participation prior to completing the survey. Participants provided informed consent and were informed they could withdraw at any time without penalty. The survey was administered anonymously with no personally identifiable information collected. All data were handled confidentially throughout collection, analysis, and reporting.
