: Informed consent was received from all participants in the study and where this was not the case, their data was not included in the study. Informed consent was received from the principals and teachers of all participating schools prior to any testing. Parents could opt-out their children from the study before, during, and after the study by returning a letter to the school, online, through the phone, or through contacting the teacher responsible. Full informed written consent was also sought from each child at the time of assessment.
