Compliance with Ethical Standards
:
: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.
: Please note that IRB approval for this type of research was not mandatory in the Netherlands at the time of data collection, and that no IRB approval was awarded by the University of Groningen.
: A number of measures were taken in order to ensure compliance with ethical standards. The data were anonymized before the analyses, and questionnaires were completed on a voluntary basis. Schools sent information about the study and permission forms to parents. Parents who did not want their child to participate in the assessment were asked to return the form. Students were informed at school about the research and gave written consent. Both parents and students could withdraw students from participation at any time. Students who did not receive parental consent, or who did not want to participate themselves, or who were unable to fill in the questionnaire, did not participate.
