: The current study is a secondary data analysis. The original study from which the data was taken was granted ethical approval by The University Research Ethics Committee at the University of Manchester, UK (Ref: 15126).
: The original study that provided data for this secondary data analysis was a randomized control trial of a school-based behavior intervention called the Good Behavior Game. In that study, participating schools received detailed information about what participation entailed and signed a memorandum of agreement indicating their willingness to participate. Participating schools sent consent forms to the parents/carers of all eligible pupils and those that did not want their child to participate completed an opt -out consent form. Finally, children were provided with information about the study and were asked to give their assent to participate.
