: The study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for the collection and analyses of the PY questionnaire was granted by the research ethics committee at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
: Data was collected on an informed, parental consent and student assent basis. Parents were sent a letter containing details about the PY survey and procedure. Parents who did not wish their child to participate in the survey were asked to return a signed letter, indicating their desire to opt-out of the survey.
