: The study was conducted in accordance with national and international ethical standards and was approved by the responsible Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of the University of Zurich. Ethical approval was also obtained from the Faculty Ethics Review Board at the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Utrecht University [21-026].
: From age 7 to age 11 written informed parental consent was obtained. From age 13 participants provided active written informed consent. From age 13 to 15 parents could opt their child out of the study. After age 17, active youth consent was required.
